I paid $300 to fix my iPhone X screen, which is expensive as it is however they did claim to repair my screen with the same screen the phone is originally sold with. After writing a HORRIBLE (and rather unnecessary) review about the quality of service I received, I dropped my phone in the restaurant next door and severely damaged my screen. I went back into the shop and Ed told me that they could fix my screen no problem, despite leaving a bed review. He had no obligation to do this, and I genuinely appreciate his kindness despite my offensive remarks posted online promptly before coming in. There are not a lot of places that will go this far out of their way to help those for no reason other than being an honest business. He understood my frustrations and still wanted to help to resolve the problem. I will gladly do business with an honest company any day, and it has been a pleasure to be treated so wonderfully, even though I went out of my way to be so negative over my own faults. Thank you Ed for your grace, I look forward to doing business with you whenever I have any other technical malfunction.
